TechUp is an upskilling program within the NOMU initiative sponsored by the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education. It offers the most cutting edge content in technology, with a purpose of upskilling citizens of the UAE (Emirati youth between 18-35 years old) in three top demanded digital skills and specializations in the job market.
The program is designed to upskill citizens of the UAE (Emirati youth between 18-35 years old). There are no technical prerequisites to enter. Basic computer skills like managing files, navigating the internet, and running programs will be useful. This program will teach you everything you need to know.
Both phases of the program are free. There are no fees for enrollment in either phase of the TechUp Program.
This program is divided into 2 phases:The Foundational Phase (First Phase) of the program is open-enrollment, free of charge, and available to all eligible learners who complete the enrollment application on our website. Learners will have a duration of 6 weeks from enrollment to become certified. Certified learners of this first phase will then be invited to complete a Filtration Assessment for enrollment in the second phase.The Nanodegree Program Phase (Second Phase) is free of charge and consists of a 3-month self-guided learning journey with the rest of the TechUp cohort. To graduate from this phase, learners will study specialized and advanced content and complete real-world projects.
